Bummer! Not a good week, which I knew and maybe part of it is catching up from last week with company. I gained weight!! I gained 1.5 lbs! Yuck!
It won't stop me! But it is disappointing, especially when my losses are so small and then this gain takes almost half of what I've lost away.
I will work on keeping track of what I'm eating this week and try to do better. I want to at least lose what I gained.

Don't let it get you down. We all have a bad week now and then. Just get right back on track and I'm sure the scale will be going in the right direction next week.
ReplyDeleteOh, Lisa. I know how you feel...as soon as I take one step forward, I end up having to take 2 steps back. I also had a gain this week...trying really hard not to get too down about it. We know what to "fix" and will have a great report next week. ;-)

ReplyDeleteyes, i agree with betty! i had a crappy week last week and all of a sudden bam! i lost a bunch! so good luck to you, i so know your frustration. just keep at it!
ReplyDeleteYuck! I didn't lose this week and it stunk considering that I was sick mid week and was down a pound. We can come back this week though so let's get moving!!
