Today was day one of the CLēN Eating Soulution sugar detox and boy did I need it. I also did some strength training this morning, and I bet I'm going to feel it tomorrow...lol... You know the best thing for me it to have an accountability partner. Also it helps to log my workouts and to have my meals pre-planned. At 43, this metabolism doesn't take much to put on the weight loss breaks. But I did not just lose 40 pounds to put it right back on. Keep telling yourself the same. I finally had to tell my family no ...You know what? I finally had to tell my family no more unhealthy snacks (meaning chips) and dessert only once a week. Because if it's there I eat it. My husband was all for it because he wants me to feel good and it wouldn't hurt him either not having the extra junk around. So I suggest you sit down with the family and explain things because if you're like me you can't make it for them and then not eat it.Just tell them that it's temporary until you get down to the weight you want to be.
